I recently went on a four-day trip and would be spending several nights in motels. I took this, and one other, of Jax's books with me. Had hours of wonderful reading. She is a poet supreme. If you love poetry in many styles, this is the perfect book for you. I say it's a winner in every way. I totally loved every word on every page! Highly recommended to fans of great poetry!

She has shown in Heartfelt that not only is she a great novelist but an outstanding poet as well. Her book is so unique because it offers a wide range of styles and topics. The title is so appropriate and I guarantee that each poem will touch you in some way. I know they did me.

By michael cahill As a fellow poet, I'd truly like to blather on endlessly about the amazing variety of styles and use of technique used here, but I don't suppose the readers are all that interested in hearing that. Know this though, this is a versatile and skilled poet!I expected, based on the title, a somewhat girly read of sweetness and light. Wow! Instead, I was treated to an amazing variety of work on just about everything. There is plenty of heart here I assure you, but there is also great insight and plenty of humor and fun as well.There is plenty here for everyone. If you love poetry you'll love this book. If you don't love poetry ... you'll still love this book!
