About the Author Sabrina Samples was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. Even at a young age she always loved writing. She would write poetry and short stories. It wasn’t until one of her teachers submitted a poem of hers to a poetry company that she realized she wanted to write more for people to see. From that point of inspiration, she has been constantly writing. Sabrina finds motivation and desire to write in the need to leave something behind for those who come after her time. When Sabrina is not busy working on her writing she enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons, spending time with her husband and daughter. “Thank you to all of my readers. Thank you for all the support you have shown me over the years. Thank you for reading my books. If it wasn’t for you guys I wouldn’t be able to do what I do best.” Sabrina’s current works include “Shattered”, “Pieces of my Soul” and “Wicked Souls", which is book one in the Wicked Souls Saga. By Deana 6244880I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest reviewAs I started this short book I soon realized I was enthralled with the writing style of Sabrina. In the book you find poems that show her raw emotions and transparency. Her words flow with depth, pain , sorrow and happiness. She uses such descriptive words to show her deep emotions. You can almost feel her tears as she writes about trying to be "The Perfect Girl."In the poem, "Listen" she begs to be let go from the pain of not being in someone's life anymore. Her desperation to be set free from the pain sent shivers done my back."When I'm With You" is a poem that shared with readers the love she found with someone and the true devotion , honor and trust she feels for "The One." I loved Sabrina's ability to use her words to paint a picture of her deepest thoughts and draw her readers in with a glimpse into her soul. Sabrina has left pieces of herself scattered across every page and hold no emotions back . This book is one I will want to read over and over again.
