You'll build the necessary web analytics skills with this book By Amazon Customer If you need proof that Himanshu is an expert in his field, skim through his blog at optimizesmart.com. This book is a continuation of his writing style: Skipping the fluffy marketing talk with no substance and focusing on hands-on knowledge for analytical craftsmanship. Himanshu always keeps it at a sufficiently detailed, yet understandable level. The usual stat book experience is to be drowning in greek letters and formulas after 20 pages. The author knows that his audience are web analytics people working in the trenches and gives great advice to avoid all potential pitfalls (there a more than most people think). He also offers great procedural advice of how to approach typical day-to-day analytical tasks. Be sure to build the necessary web analytics skills with this book.

Gray I'm a marketing science and analytics consultant and bought this book to broaden and deepen my knowledge about this aspect of marketing. This is especially important when I work with SMEs. I found the book excellent and very useful. It is written in plain language so that even those with limited stats/math background will not struggle with the technical parts.
