Some of the scenarios the author uses are kind of corny but nevertheless this book gives you an insight of "black hat ways" & how they think and behave online to reap money from innocent users. Its a good read and decently priced. I recommend it.

I wouldn't say the internet is broken (yeah I know, that's not the author's point, just a catchy title) -- but ratings systems and some other things certainly are. Or more fundamentally, PEOPLE are broken. I was able to read it free (sort of) on Kindle Unlimited, but I wouldn't pay $5 for it. Maybe for all three parts...
