This is an excellent introduction to ancient-era wargaming By Jill Lybarger This is an excellent introduction to ancient-era wargaming, and provides a relatively inexpensive look at the 3.0 edition of the DBA rules. (It is also the only way at present to get a digital edition of those rules.) The provision of approximately fifty army lists, organized by historical conflict, is a welcome addition, and Ms. Laflin-Barker's commentary on each conflict and each army is informative and entertaining.
