About the Author
Pedro “Pete” Taylor, a South Florida native, is currently the Chief of Police of Florida City, FL. That’s his job. His other passion is football. In 30 years Pete has coached football players of all ages and stages. However, it’s one thing to coach someone else’s children but an entirely different “ballgame” coaching one’s own. Pete began training his son at the age of 11, and that was the foundation for Sean’s stellar football career.
Steven M. Rosenberg, a Brooklyn, NY native, moved to the Washington, DC area in 1983. By 1988, he had established his own advertising, public relations, and event management firm. Over the years, Steven produced, directed and wrote hundreds of print, radio and TV ads. He also created and managed memorable special events that featured many professional athletes. He has since transitioned into a full-time author, playwright, novelist, and screenwriter. Steven splits his time between Washington, DC and South Florida.

Wonderul read full of emotion, highly recommend for any fan By Tyler Ehinger I had the opportunity to buy the book at Redskins training camp this year. My father bought it for me while I watched our belongings. My father told me both Steve and Pete were very friendly and Steve told him "You will definitely need tissues while reading this." (He was not lying with his statement.) I had the opportunity later in the day to meet Mr Taylor and he was very polite and engaged in our conversation. Never in my life I thought I'd have the opportunity to meet him and I am forever thankful for that moment. I did not get to meet Steve, but I spoke to him recently on twitter and he is very polite and humble. This book offered me a form of closure. I definitely needed those tissues Steve mentioned! It offers great stories and insight to many moments during his life and after his tragic death. The book includes numerous interviews with many players, coaches, and friends and is an all around great read for any Hurricanes, Redskins, or S.21 fan!!!
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Great insight into who Sean was as a person. By Zake I've been a huge Sean Taylor fan since his days at Miami. Unfortunately Sean didn't grant a lot of public interviews which was rare for a player of his caliber. This book paints a picture of who Sean was and what he was like both on & off the field. Definitely recommend for ST fans.

I'm a devoted Redskin fan & we miss him dearly. So glad this book was done!
