I found myself immersed in this collection of poems that covers everything from first love, love lost and the promise of love; along with all the hope, the joy and the tragedy.If you are experiencing love for the first time; if you are uncertain about taking that tentative step from friendship to lover; if you are experiencing the poignant regret of leaving words of love unspoken; if you are wallowing in the sorrow of love lost; or even if you just enjoy the flow of poetry filled with the complex emotions of love, this collection will not disappoint you.All in all this is a great collection that will be in my mind and heart for a long time to come.
0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. and what greater theme throughout history than love? kimberly deals with that theme quite well By Randi Storye what written work is more subjective than poetry? and what greater theme throughout history than love? kimberly deals with that theme quite well, and while i tend to gravitate towards free verse, she delves into rhyme and meter just as well. "you brought me daisies," "i remember when," "oceanside 1975," "once upon a time," and "falling" - i think my absolute faves. i generally save 5 stars for works i'll read again, and i firmly believe these stand the test of rereading. enjoy :)

I felt the author really opened up and exposed her inner feelings in each and every poem. Whether you love poetry or not, this collection of poems of love experienced and love lost is worth the read. The layout and presentation was also very well done. I would recommend this to my friends.
