About the Author Paula Mary De Angelis grew up in Tarrytown, New York and relocated to Norway in 1989 where she resides with her husband. She describes herself as an expat New Yorker with one foot in Norway and the other in the USA in her blog, A New Yorker in Oslo (paulamdeangelis.blogspot.com). She is a scientist, consultant and writer who loves writing in all its forms. In her spare time she enjoys (in no particular order) travel, astronomy, photography, and movie-going. She is the author of three collections of poetry, Parables and Voices, Remnants of the Spirit World, and One Hundred Haikus for Modern Workplaces, all available on Amazon. She is also the author of the popular book Blindsided: Recognizing and Dealing with Passive-Aggressive Leadership in the Workplace, which is also available on Amazon. Fetter I know the author well, and I've read all of her other books. This one is by far my favorite. Perhaps it's because I related to almost everything Paula wrote, like a great piece of literature where someone else speaks the thoughts you have, the feelings, and you suddenly understand that minds have connections that defy physical boundaries... This is a collection of poems to treasure, and to ponder. Especially poems such as Quantum Bloom, my favorite.
