About the Author Born and living in Beirut, Bruno Tabbal is a mid-thirties Lebanese singer/actor/director who expresses himself in writing as well. He writes in both English and French on his blog "CALEPIN REBELLE/REBELLIOUS NOTEBOOK" about the human condition, reflections about the philosophy of life and depictions of the Lebanese ways of living and thinking – a typical blend of western and oriental culture. By Ray KAZAN It's been a while since I read an autobiography that touched me that much.I am utterly surprised by the quality and the beauty of the words. Bruno shared his thoughts around these few years which were a roller-coaster full of emotions. His story, is similar to some of our stories. I can't but thank you for this awesome and genuine "auto-therapy"."And Yet" - "But they can talk, for they are looking from outside. And only those who have been through these stages can know what you actually go through. It is a spiral of despair and giving up, racing to drown you deeper in that never ending wormhole.
