By sue hennessey Being the illustrator; I'm proud to have donated a year in helping make this book possible along with the author, Catherine Connelly. The book is our personal contribution to the NCI (National Cancer Institute) and the sale of each book will add proceeds to the NCI.And that alone is reason enough for a 5 star rating. Filled with free verse poems and watercolor impressions of the seasons will take one to a place they most would like to be while suffering with the effects of any and all cancers. If you're feeling sad, or just under the weather, go to a place in this book that makes you feel good, then let your imagination go there and sense the moment...feel it. "The cloud is moving...the sun will be out soon." In quoting from our publishers press release; "IT IS PROBABLY THE CLOSEST ANY BOOK COULD COME TO BEING A LARGE CUP OF HOT AND NOURISHING SOUP." By Aurora I received, "I feel like the weather" as a gift and it is truly a beautiful book to have on the coffee table. It reminds of Anne Morrow Lindbergh's "A Gift from the Sea" in its beauty and reading enjoyment. Even better, its proceeds are going into fighting cancer. I highly recommend this book for you or to give as a gift.
